Jane + Willis | Part 2

As promised... part 2 and the wedding quilt. Jane and Willis have a friend named Ann who created an incredible gift for them. She asked the wedding guests to write a message on squares of fabric that could later be made into a quilt. She sourced indigo and white pieces from China, Japan, Africa as well as other countries. Each square was hand pieced and arranged into the quilt. Following this effort, expert machine quilters of Finally Finished in Saratoga, CA created a beautiful design overlay. Jane and Willis displayed the gift during their cocktail hour. I'm sure this will become a cherished heirloom.
